Hello, everyone!

Ok, so the fast that I was on has been over for a week. I must admit I’m happy about that. 🙂 Sacrifice is hard, right?

I learned a new level of diligence during that time. We must remain faithful and focused at all times. Diligence requires much effort, whether we’re on our jobs, or school, and yes… in our prayer life, too.

Sometimes God wants us to ‘level up.’ That was the lesson I learned during the fast. Between the afternoon prayer service during those 10 days, and the Sunday sermons, and the personal time I spent in daily prayer, I realized that in some aspects, I need to ‘level up.’

We all have a work, a calling, a purpose– while we’re here on earth. We have to seek the Lord diligently so that we can walk in the calling that He has for each of us. Perhaps that means spending more time in prayer; more time studying the Word; or seeking out opportunities to encourage people and share the Gospel. For me, personally, I want to seek more opportunities to encourage others and share the Word. That is why this blog exists. This is a great tool, but I may have to do something in addition to this, so I can reach more people. In other words, work harder, be more diligent… level up!

“To whom much is given, much will be required.” Luke 12:48.

God has blessed us all; whether or not all people acknowledge that fact, it is still a fact. He blesses us abundantly. He gives us new mercies each day, and GREAT is His faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:23)

We must be diligent in our journey with the Lord. We must seek Him and do the work that He has for us. We must ‘level up.’

Be blessed!
