Hello, everyone!

I know it’s been a couple of weeks since my last post. That’s actually strategic. I don’t want to just post randomly, mindlessly sharing every thought that pops up. I want my posts to have depth and meaning. I want them to be thought-provoking and encouraging to all who read them. So, I take my time with my thoughts before I share them. I hope that’s ok.

I will get straight to the point with this post. There is a lot going on in this world today. You may feel worried or fearful. You may feel stress or anger. You may feel all of these things or none of these things. But make no mistake– God is still on His throne. He is still in control of everything. I know it may not seem that way when we read the news headlines; but He is. Hold on to your faith in Him. His word says that He will never leave us nor forsake us. Lift up your eyes, your concerns, your faith to Him. Believe in Him. Trust Him. God is on the throne and in control. We just have to believe that it is so. It is so! God is in control; not a president, not a governor; not a prime minister; not a mayor, not a boss/supervisor; not a husband; not a wife.

God is in control, and the throne is occupied.
